Build on the comparison, not repeat it
Series 1 established the principle: begin with one mature whisky and use finishing casks to make the influence of wood easier to taste and discuss. Series 2 will continue that approach with a new set of decisions and another opportunity to compare how cask direction changes the experience in the glass.
The final cask details and release specifications will be published when the whisky is ready and the information is confirmed. We would rather show the project honestly as it develops than announce details simply to fill a timetable.
